  • Is there a free trial available?

Yes! Our Starter plan has a free trial available. Scroll up a bit and click on blue the “Free trial” button.

  • Which plan would work best for me?

The ideal plan for you truly depends on your unique needs and circumstances.

For many users, especially those who are starting out or who operate with a smaller team, our "Starter" plan often fits the bill perfectly. This plan comes with a robust set of tools and resources, suitable for managing a single website or smaller online project.

On the other hand, if you're working with a larger team, managing multiple websites, or require higher credit limits, our "Business" or "Agency" plans may be more suitable. While these plans don't come with additional tools or features compared to the Starter plan, they do offer higher credit limits. This can be crucial for larger projects or businesses with a high level of activity. Additionally, these plans allow for multiple user accounts, making it easier to manage a team or collaborate with colleagues.

Always remember, it's essential to evaluate your team size, the number of websites you need to manage, and your required credit limits before choosing a plan. Plus, it's worth noting that you can always upgrade or downgrade your plan as your requirements evolve.

Our support team is here to assist you if you have any further questions or need additional help in selecting the right plan for your needs.

  • How do credits work?

Credits are a key aspect of our system that govern how many competitor searches you can conduct. Each credit you have equates to one competitor search.

When you perform a competitor search, it uncovers the top 100 pages of a specified website. So, if you were to use 25 credits for a single search, you could potentially generate a report that includes data on as many as 2,500 different pages.

One of the advantages of our credit system is that it gives you control over your searches. You can customize each search to target specific competitors, and even remove any competitors from your search that you don't wish to spend credits on. This ensures that you're using your credits only on the data that's most valuable to you.

Additionally, you can set various filters to refine your search even further. For instance, you can set traffic limits to only search for websites that meet a certain traffic threshold. This can help you focus your search on websites that align with your strategic needs and goals.

Remember, the way you use your credits can greatly influence the insights you gain. Plan your searches thoughtfully, and don't hesitate to reach out to our support team if you need further clarification on how credits work.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept payments exclusively through credit cards, and this is facilitated via our trusted payment processor, Stripe. Please note that we do not accept other forms of payment at this time.

Stripe is a highly secure platform that specializes in processing online transactions, so you can feel confident about the safety and security of your payment information.

If you have any questions or concerns about making a payment, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We're here to help.

  • What is a user seat and can you support content teams?

A user seat represents an individual login that provides access to your account. In essence, it's a way for multiple people to access the same account while maintaining their own individual login credentials.

Our system is designed to be flexible and accommodate various team structures, including content teams. You can assign different levels of permissions to different users based on their role or needs.

For instance, you can grant limited user access for certain team members. This type of access typically allows them to create and view reports, but doesn't provide full control over the account. This can be ideal for team members who primarily need to work with reports but don't need to make changes to the account settings or billing.

On the other hand, you can also designate certain users as admin users. These users will have full permissions and can access all areas of the account, including reporting, billing, and statistical data. Admin users can also modify account settings, making this a good fit for team leaders or managers.

In this way, you can customize access to suit the specific needs of your team, providing everyone with the right level of access for their role. If you need any further clarification or assistance, our support team is always here to help.
